If you request service via the app, additional details such as contact name, service location, proposed service date, equipment model, and images may also be gathered. The operation team may contact the user and assigned engineer to facilitate the service. After service completion, we may collect transaction data, including service fees paid via the app.

All customer requests are submitted through the mobile app, hotline, or email and are automatically logged into the service request system. The following information is captured for each request:

  • Equipment Details (model, type of HVAC unit, etc.)

The system also provides:

The SERVICE ENGINEER app processes user data to fulfill service requests. Specifically, we may use your information to:
